Thanks for your interest in star membership!
What is it, you ask? Well, we've put a lot of effort and resources into XVI over the years
so a few years ago we started asking our members for donations. Eventually we thought it
would be great to give something extra to those who supported us and so we started the
"Star Member" concept.
Basically, if you donate a certain amount to XVI then we will give something back in the
form of extra features.
What features, you ask?
Unlimited instant messages
Unlimited forum posts
Auto-updating My Forums panel
Access to create Private Discussions
Access to create private picture albums
Access to create private blog entries
Enhanced member search
Future stuff we haven't thought of yet!
For a Star Membership we ask for $20 per year, or $10 for six months. That's about a
buck fifty a month - Not bad for all that XVI offers in our humble opinions :)

Interac Money Transfer by Email
With some Canadian banks you can send money via email! Usually you just have to log into
your online banking and look for "Email Transfer" or "Interac Email Transfer"
Please transfer donations to: payment@xvi.com
* Be sure to include your XVI display name in the recipient note.
PayPal
PayPal is a secure system that allows you to make internet donations with your
bank account or credit card. Use your existing PayPal account,
or create one for free when you make your donation.

By clicking "Donate Now" you will launch the PayPal website in a new browser window.
Once we have been notified via email by PayPal that the transaction has been
verified, we will activate the star on your account!
