By accessing our servers you are agreeing to all of the following:

ACCEPTABLE USE
  1. Accounts
    1. Only one account per individual, with exception to individuals with Promoter status who may have one additional account for exclusive use for promotion of events.
  2. XVI Instant Messaging System (XIM)
    1. Non-star members are limited to sending 30 XIM messages per day. Creating secondary accounts to bypass this limitation will lead to account suspension or banning.
    2. You may NOT send unsolicited promotional/commercial/spam messages (as deemed by the System Administrators)
  3. Events
    1. All DJs and performers listed on the bill have been confirmed prior to posting relevant details.
    2. Event venue must be secured before posting the event.
    3. Venue location will be posted on XVI as soon as it is available to the general public (if applicable)
    4. Promoters agree to offer a courtesy +1 guest listing to the XVI Administrators.
    5. Events found in violation of these terms will be removed from XVI and your promoter access may be revoked.
  4. Member Behavior
    1. No member may post any content which is: racist, sexist, hatred, threatening, libelous, mockery, obscene, offensive, pornographic, derogatory, flame bait, trolling or feeding the trolls.
    2. Discussion of or uploading images containing drugs or other illegal acts are prohibited.
    3. Posting images of or links to copyrighted works without permission of the copyright holder is prohibited.
    4. Posting pictures containing nudity and/or sexual acts is prohibited.

WARRANTIES AND LIMITATIONS
  1. General
    1. XVI assumes NO responsibility for anything that may happen as a result of using it.
    2. XVI may be addictive. Use at your own risk.
  2. Forum / Picture / XIM Content
    1. XVI makes NO warranty to the retention, integrity, security or accessibility of any data within the system.
    2. XVI makes NO warranty to the content of any forum, message, picture, event, etc.
  3. Events
    1. Event detail content is maintained by the event promoter.
    2. XVI makes NO warranty to the accuracy of any event listing.
    3. Unless explicitly identified, XVI is NOT affiliated with any event.

VIOLATIONS OF AGREEMENT
  1. Penalties for violations of the XVI Terms of Service are at the discretion of the System Administrators.
    1. Content deemed racist, sexist, hatred, libelous, illegal, threatening, mockery, spam, offensive or pornographic is cause for immediate suspension or banning.
    2. Content deemed derailing, off-topic, obscene, derogatory, copyright infringement or trolling will often result in deleted posts and warnings.
    3. Unauthorized fake accounts will be banned and the real account will be suspended.
    4. Repeated warnings will result in suspension.
    5. Repeated suspensions will result in permanent banning.
